Consultations - Open Place
CONSULTATIONS
Throughout each year, staff from Open Place conduct consultations with Forgotten Australians across Victoria. The purpose of these consultations is to hear directly from Forgotten Australians and their family members about their wishes and needs so that we can ensure that the services offered by Open Place are shaped by the voices of Forgotten Australians. We develop new ideas for services after hearing from Forgotten Australians around Victoria and the consultations directly influence the way we deliver our services. The consultations are also a way of letting Forgotten Australians and their families around Victoria know about Open Place and what we have to offer.

The next round of consultation meetings will be held in September and October 2010 when we plan to visit Dandenong, Mildura, Swan Hill and Bacchus Marsh.
