This program provides information, referral, casework and advocacy to help Forgotten Australians to improve your health and wellbeing.

If you are needing support to access mainstream or specialist services, our service can help. We can also provide information, support you in exploring options and completing forms and make referrals to other specialist services such as:

  • Utility Services such as gas and electricity
  • Mental Health Services
  • Alcohol and Drug Services
  • Aged Care
  • Centrelink
  • Housing Services.

We can help you as an individual and can also help if you’re experiencing challenges in your family.

Our staff also provide information and education to local support services across Victoria, to help them understand what kinds of things Forgotten Australians might need support with. Our aim is to make sure that Forgotten Australians can access local services as quickly as possible when you need support.

If you need information, advice or help to access support services, please send us an online enquiry or phone 1800 779 379 and ask to talk to the Coordinated Support team.
