2021/22 Health Brokerage Guidelines
Open Place Health Brokerage Funding Guidelines are now available to download.
The only changes to the previous guidelines are that the limit has been changed from $1000 to $1250 and the total spend for glasses has changed from $400 to $600 which includes frames and lenses.
